Incredevo product line "TheSalezMaster" ("Incredevo", "we", "us") provides AI-powered B2B sales intelligence and automation software and related services that help customers discover leads, enrich contact data, and automate sales outreach more effectively (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how the organization collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information in connection with the Website (thesalezmaster.com), the application (app.thesalezmaster.com), marketing activities, and customer use of Services. Your account data, search queries, and unlocked contacts may serve as inputs to AI models and carefully selected third-party AI providers to deliver these features. c) Email delivery
When you use TheSalezMaster to send sales outreach emails, your email content and recipient information are processed through SendGrid (Twilio) for delivery. SendGrid processes this data solely for the purpose of email transmission and delivery tracking on our behalf.
d) Marketing and communications
- Send operational communications, product updates, and usage notifications
- Send relevant B2B marketing about Incredevo products (if permitted by law)
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets
e) Safety, security, and compliance
Any data category may be used to protect users and Services; investigate fraud, security, or technical issues; and enforce agreements or comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
Information is shared with the following categories of service providers:
